This is still a machine suitable for less urgent jobs. Lifts 4100 kg with a 7-metre boom. The seat has been replaced with a new one and the cab has been cleaned. Direct from agricultural use — test drives welcome.
Works well in the low gears, but there is an issue in the high range. The torque converter lock does not engage and on a few occasions it stopped moving as soon as the foot came off the throttle. There is also a fault in the steering: when initiating a right turn it may initially move slightly to the left (crab-steer) before turning right. The hose-rupture valve occasionally needs adjustment when the steering stops working (it might be good to replace). There are likely other items requiring attention that will be found on a more thorough inspection.
