Stable operating pressure - optimum performance
The allround TyreON T700 has a check valve in the middle of the hydraulic system. This valve ensures a constant operating pressure due all hydraulic movements are equal and can be used to their full power potential. The pressure on the hydraulic pump is reduced, allowing the machine to work optimally and have a longer technical lifetime.
Reliable - 3 kW engine - for intensive use
The TyreON T700 is a truck tyre changer for intensive use, the powerful mounting arm with the disc and the hinged hook is resistant to heavy loads.
A plastic strip in a recess in the hook prevents wear and scratches on the (alloy) rim.
The hinged parts are fitted with grease nipples, by lubricating each nipple the truck tyrechanger will operate smoothly and wear and tear is prevented.
How it works - controller on moveable arm
The controller allows one to operate 12 automated movements.
You simply roll the wheel onto the ramp and the machine takes care of the rest.
