Boratas BPJ120 is a tracked mobile jaw crusher developed for high-capacity primary crushing of hard and abrasive materials in quarry, mining, and recycling applications. It is designed to handle large feed sizes and support continuous production where high throughput and stable performance are required.

The machine is built around a single-toggle jaw crusher from the proven Boratas BCK series, combined with a vibrating feeder featuring a double deck pre screen. It can process hard natural stones and ores such as granite, basalt, as well as concrete, asphalt, and construction waste. Its wide feed opening and reinforced structure support efficient intake and reduction of large material, while the crawler chassis allows relocation between job sites.

The unit operates with a plug-in hybrid diesel electric drive system that combines electric efficiency with an onboard generator. This setup supports lower fuel consumption and enables operation both on grid connected sites and in remote locations without affecting crushing performance.

The layout is designed for practical operation, with hydraulic access points, centralized lubrication, and clearly arranged service areas. Safety systems and stable maintenance platforms support inspection and servicing while helping to reduce downtime during daily operation.
