The bending force of a 4-roll machine is applied to the sheet by two side
rollers. Unlike other solutions on the market, DAVI's exclusive design provides
for a lever arm feed of the side rollers, the mechanism does not move the
roller up and down linearly, but feeds it via a pivot point. Thanks to this
system and the force multiplier effect provided by the lever arm (distance
between the pivot point and the cylinder force introduction point), the Davi
MCB guarantees maximum performance, reduced deflection of the top roller due to
the circular force introduction and the formation of the tightest diameters
thanks to the favorable geometry.
